Inner Soul 2024 Retreats to the Lakes

We would love you to join us for wonderful weekend in the glorious Lake District on one of our 2024 retreats.

The retreat includes accommodation, food and healing workshops. As well as the opportunity to absorb the healing energy of Mother Earth, with a wild swim amongst the mountains.

The accommodation is a stunning cottage complete with sauna, games room snd hot tub. ​ There will also be meditation and drumming as we visit Swinside stone circle.

The exchange for this retreat is £300.00 dates either july 5th - 7th or September 20th  - 22nd
